The automated phone system was VERY difficult to navigate. It did not recognize the numbers I pushed. I had to start over again several times before I reached a real person. (lol, I've never said that before:) My boyfriend had been with State Farm for around 30 years when he convinced me to switch to them so we could bundle our auto and home insurance. We spent over an hour in person to decide on the exact details of our plan. Then the bills came. WAY more than we were quoted. When we called we were told they would fix it and refund us the difference. They told us this for months Finally, after maybe 6 months, Jared Dean told us there was no such thing as a refund. That we agreed to the new terms the minute we paid the invoice! They took no responsibility for scamming us. This is how they treat a member of 30 years who just brought them more business. Run from these people. They are dishonest. Believe me there are better rates and, maybe more importantly, better people you can work with."
