"I’m getting spammed by calls & texts by these guys on the regular with claims we’ve worked together in the past, which is absolutely untrue.
The desperation needed to buy phone numbers off the dark web or whatever to try to harass people into using your business implies that this agency doesn’t really know how to survive on its business practices alone and the lack of respect for prospective customers and dishonesty in communitcation this shows looks like as good a reason as possible to get insurance literally anywhere else.
I’ve been happy with Progressive for years, and they’ve never once harassed me. I’m not sure if it’s just this agency or State Farm overall, but it’s a bad look for the whole company."

"I was contacted by Emma to offer me a new quote on my car insurance, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. Not only is she helpful, kind, funny, easy to talk to, and thoughtful, she got me a MUCH better deal where I’m now saving quite a bit of money each month. She followed up via email almost immediately and made a plan to call me a week later to ensure everything is good. I wish all my former experience with insurance was this easy. "Brennan was extremely helpful in helping me reinstate my auto policy that was canceled by mistake. Service was great once I got to talk to a real person. The automated phone system was VERY difficult to navigate. It did not recognize the numbers I pushed. I had to start over again several times before I reached a real person. It was smooth from then on."

"Would give zero starts if I could! (lol, I've never said that before:) My boyfriend had been with State Farm for around 30 years when he convinced me to switch to them so we could bundle our auto and home insurance. We spent over an hour in person to decide on the exact details of our plan. Then the bills came. WAY more than we were quoted. When we called we were told they would fix it and refund us the difference. They told us this for months Finally, after maybe 6 months, Jared Dean told us there was no such thing as a refund. That we agreed to the new terms the minute we paid the invoice! They took no responsibility for scamming us. This is how they treat a member of 30 years who just brought them more business. Run from these people. They are dishonest. Believe me there are better rates and, maybe more importantly, better people you can work with."
